A resident of Michigan was accused of threatening to assassinate Trump and Pence

Michigan resident Jeffrey David Cox was arrested for sending e-mails threatening the mass shooting and murder of U.S. President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Penns.

According to the studied testimony, in one of the letters, Cox threatened to organize a mass shooting at Mott Community College.

In another letter, he said he had a plan to kill Trump and Pence, noting that he intended to plant a bomb in the White House.

The suspect sent letters May 16 to the Mott Community College Admissions Office, the Monroe Community College President’s Office in New York and Navy Recruitment Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois.
