AMERICANS READY TO BUY PARMA FOR 100 MILLION EUROS

The family of billionaire Krause from the United States is close to an agreement to buy the main stake in Parma, according to the Financial Times.

The Americans are ready to offer more than 100 million euros for 60 percent of the club’s shares and hope to close the deal by the end of the week.

The Krause Group, which reported revenues of $ 2.8 billion in 2019, recently acquired 2 wineries in the Piedmont region of Italy. In the fight for Parma, the company interrupted an offer from Qatar.

Thus, Parma could become the fourth Serie A club owned by US investors, after Roma, Milan and Fiorentina.
