Americans will receive a second series of checks from the government in August

The second series of incentive checks with financial assistance from the US government will be sent to US citizens in August.

If Congress passes the bill, pandemic relief will begin to be paid in August. However, Congress is still on vacation, resuming work on July 20, and only after this date will a final decision be made to pay new aid to the Americans.

During this break, senators will decide on the exact amount of assistance. This means that both houses of Congress have 15 working days to approve a second check for each recipient.

The first stimulus package was approved in the spring and amounted to $ 2.2 trillion. Each recipient was entitled to help in the amount of $ 1,200, another $ 500 was given per child.
