After 20 years of searching, a poacher, who was killing Bengal tigers, has been arrested in Bangladesh.
Habib Talcuder killed 70 Bengal tigers in 20 years. The man hunted in the forests between India and Bangladesh, where the largest population of these animals resides. Habib had been on the run for a long time, helped by local organized crime groups to hide from police.
On Saturday, the poacher was arrested. Nine court cases were initiated against him at once.
