Biden rejects Trump’s offer for third debate

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden responded to incumbent US leader Donald Trump’s proposal to postpone the third debate. Fox News reports.

Earlier, the head of the White House proposed to hold a pre-election event on October 29.

The headquarters of the ex-vice-president of the United States stressed that the decision to postpone the debate is made by a special commission, which has already agreed on the holding of the second round of debates on October 15 online.

“Trump’s unpredictable behavior does not allow him to rewrite the calendar and choose new dates as he sees fit. We look forward to participating in the last debate, scheduled for October 22, ”- emphasized in the Biden headquarters.

They concluded that the US president himself must decide to attend the third round of pre-election debates.

The first part of the Trump-Biden televised debate took place on September 29. A proposal to hold the second round in a virtual format was made by representatives of the democratic candidate. The US presidential election will be held on November 3.
