Smartphones line iPhone 12 will receive at least four gigabytes of RAM. Such details were disclosed by MacRumors, citing insiders and market analysts.
An insider under the nickname L0vetodream said on Twitter that the base devices of the series will come with four gigabytes of RAM, the more expensive models – Pro and Pro Max – will have six gigabytes of RAM. The publication clarifies that L0vetodream turned out to be one of the exact revealing details of the iPhone SE bloggers released in April.
Journalists emphasized that Barclays and UBS analysts also believe that the new models will have different RAM capacities. In particular, iPhone 12 models with 5.4 and 6.1 inches displays will receive four gigabytes of RAM, and the top versions of devices with 6.1 and 6.7 inches screens will come with six gigabytes of RAM. In total, Apple will release four smartphones.
Earlier, analyst Jeff Pu (Jeff Pu) said that the new Apple smartphones will become more expensive than the devices of the current generation. The cost of the base iPhone 12 model will start at $ 749, while the starting iPhone 11 was priced at $ 699. The specialist believes that the rise in price is associated with the introduction of 5G technologies and the use of OLED matrices in gadgets.
