Google has updated the payment system Google Pay
Now users will not be able to make and receive money transfers if they do not use the service application on their smartphone since 2021.
Last week, the payment system received a number of updates, including automatic scanning of receipts and other interface. In this case, Google stops supporting payments through the web version of the digital wallet.
Visitors to pay.google.com will see a message warning that remittances through the Internet will stop from “early 2021”. The only solution that the company recommends is downloading a new application.
It is noted that users will still be able to manage payment sources, subscriptions and settings from the web version of a digital wallet, but from 2021 for remittances will need to download the Google Pay application from the APK Mirror or Google Play Store.
