Gwyneth Paltrow admitted that she is still experiencing fog in her head after COVID-19

Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow has spoken for the first time about having had the coronavirus. The actress says she’s still experiencing some symptoms, including a “fog in her head.”

Gwyneth Paltrow said she contracted COVID-19 early in the pandemic and almost a year later is suffering from some of the lingering effects of the disease. On her Goop website, Paltrow wrote that “the disease has left her with a tail in the form of constant fatigue and brain fog.”

“I had some tests done in January that showed really high levels of inflammation in my body … After the doctor saw my tests, he said this was one case where the road to healing would be longer than normal,” she wrote.

Paltrow says that during her recovery from the virus, she focused on eating healthy foods and following a healthy diet and abstaining from sugar and alcohol. The actress now leads an active lifestyle, working out, going to an infrared sauna, and taking supplements “to improve gut health.”
