Harvey Weinstein has no COVID-19

A spokesman for convicted film producer Harvey Weinstein said he was not suffering from COVID-19, but his health was deteriorating.

Harvey Weinstein does not have COVID-19 “at present,” but his health continues to deteriorate due to “chronic health problems,” said his spokesman The Wrap.

“We can report that Harvey Weinstein’s temperature has dropped, but he’s still being closely monitored. We can now also report that he doesn’t have COVID-19, but he needs treatment because of other health problems,” said his publicist Jud Engelmeyer in a statement.

Earlier this week, Weinstein said the sex offender tycoon is under surveillance at the Wend prison in New York City, where he is serving a 23-year sentence. He has a fever, which is a possible symptom of COVID-19.

It was previously reported that Weinstein contracted COVID-19 in March, but his representatives did not confirm or deny it.
