Heavy rains hit Germany and caused six houses to collapse yesterday in the small town of Schuld in Rhineland-Palatinate due to flooding.
As a result of the collapse, 30 people are missing, as reported by German television. According to the local police another 25 houses are in danger of collapse.
The German weather service has warned that Cyclone Bernd will cause flooding, landslides and collapses in several German federal states. Streets in many German cities are simply drowning in mud.
