IN MOLDOVA THE COURT OBLIGED THE PRESIDENT TO DISMISS PARLIAMENT AND TO APPOINT EARLY ELECTIONS

The power has to receive a new configuration within three months.
In Moldova early parliamentary elections have to take place. To it obliges the decision of the constitutional court of this country.


Its inability to create the government became the basis for dissolution of legislature. Deputies received the powers on March 9, but within three months did not manage to approve candidacies for key positions in executive authorities. According to the constitution of Moldova, it is the basis for dissolution of parliament and re-election of its structure.
According to a verdict of the constitutional court, the president of the country will receive powers to sign the decree on the termination of activity of parliament on Monday, June 10. Date of early elections will be defined by the head of state.


The judgment was made after the president Igor Dodon said publicly that the ruling coalition and the new government did not manage to be created. He promised to address once again in KС to approve the decision on dissolution of parliament.
