In Spain it is planned to open the borders for tourists already in March

The Spanish authorities hope to start letting tourists into the country from March next year.

At the moment, those arriving in Spain must have a negative COVID-19 test result at least 72 hours before departure. This is reported by The Local.

The country’s authorities expect that by March next year, this mandatory requirement will cease to apply.

Spain’s national travel agency Turespaña has announced a new information campaign to attract tourists to the country.

“With the help of this campaign we want to position the tourist brand of Spain as a factor affecting the safety of travel, and contribute to the formation of confidence in tourists that they will come to our country again,” – said the agency representatives.
