US presidential candidate Donald Trump has won the presidential election in the vacillating state of North Carolina, NBC and CNN reported on the basis of their own predictions.
In North Carolina, Trump won by a small margin with 50 percent of the vote, while Biden won 48.6 percent. The vote count has not yet been officially completed. According to the TV channel, about 99 percent of the ballots have been processed.
At the same time, Democrat Joe Biden has the upper hand in Georgia with 49.5 percent of the vote, while Trump has 49.2 percent. It is noted that in Georgia over the past 30 years, the Democratic candidate has never won.
Earlier, Trump announced victory in the US presidential elections by “legal” votes. He also expressed his readiness to admit defeat in the elections if the legal processes started by his headquarters end unsuccessfully.
On November 7, Democrat Joe Biden, who received 290 of the required 270 electoral votes and thus secured his victory, declared himself elected President of the United States.
