Meanwhile, US Vice President Mike Pence said that so far there has been no sign of an increase in the incidence of coronavirus over the past two weeks, during which mass demonstrations were held across the country in protest against the death of George Floyd. In an interview with Fox, Pence said, “At this point, we are not seeing an increase in the number of new cases, almost two weeks from the start of the demonstrations.”
