Ghislaine Maxwell, longtime partner of sex trafficking organizer Jeffrey Epstein, has been arrested for recruiting women for trafficking and violence.
Maxwell, a former girlfriend and alleged accomplice to the “business” of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, was arrested Thursday morning in New Hampshire and charged with New York City’s federal prosecutors for her alleged role in recruiting, sexually abusing minor girls aged 14, and trafficking people – for only 6 articles.
Between 1994 and 1997, according to the indictment, “Maxwell assisted and condoned the ill-treatment of Jeffrey Epstein with underage girls, in particular, recruited and ultimately abused victims of sex trafficking.”
Maxwell and Epstein lured the girls to apartment buildings, including his mansion on the Upper East Side, Palm Beach estate and the extensive Santa Fe ranch, and then forced them into orgies and prostitution.
Epstein was arrested last year for organizing a network selling women, sexual violence, and child molestation. He hanged himself in New York Prison on the eve of the sentencing.
