Jim Carrey admitted that Renee Zellweger was the love of his life

Jim Carrey infrequently gives interviews and even less candidly speaks about them. An unexpected recognition from the actor was made in the Howard Stern studio on Sirius XM during a discussion of actor’s semi-autobiographical book Memoirs and Misinformation: A Novel.

Memoirs came out earlier this month. In them, Kerry writes a lot about his novels, including relations with Renee Zellweger. The actors met on the set of the film “Me, I and Irene Again.” They met for about a year and broke up at the end of 2000. Kerry’s book admits that this short-lived romance was most important to him, and Zellweger was the love of his life.

Commenting on the book, Stern noted that he was very surprised not only by the frankness of the narration, but also by the very fact that such strong feelings connect the actor with Renee.

It’s true, she was very important to me. She is special. I think she is beautiful

  • Kerry confirmed his words.

Now Jim’s personal life is quiet. At the beginning of 2019, the actor broke up with his “Just kidding” TV series colleague, 35-year-old actress Ginger Gonzaga, whom she had been dating for less than a year. This short romance was Kerry’s first relationship after his ex-girlfriend, makeup artist Katriona White, committed suicide a week after breaking up with the actor in 2015.

Before that, Kerry was married twice: his marriage with Melissa Womer, who gave birth to his daughter Jake Eyre, lasted 8 years, a family union with a colleague in the film “Dumb and Dumber” Lauren Holly did not last a year.
