Basketball legend Michael Jordan sold his sneakers in an online auction for a record $560,000
This is reported by the British television and radio company BBC.
A pair of shoes was autographed by its owner.
Initially it was predicted that Nike Air Jordan 1s, which Jordan wore in Chicago Bulls, being a beginner, will cost from $100 to $150 thousand on Sotheby’s.
The previous record was $437,500 for a pair of Nike 1972 Moon Shoes.
It should be noted that Jordan wore not the same size sneakers, the left sneaker – 13 size, and the right one – 13.5.
