Miami mayor calls for U.S. airstrikes against Cuba

Air strikes and military intervention in Cuba should be considered as a potential option to put pressure on the Cuban leadership. This was stated by the mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez.

According to the mayor, “this air strikes should be discussed and considered as a potential option. The U.S. leadership should explore this way to put pressure on Cuba as well, Suarez said.

The mayor of Miami said he had been waiting for a call from U.S. President Joe Biden to discuss a plan for a military operation against Cuba.
