You should give preference to chicken shawarma rather than lamb, and you need to ask to replace the mayonnaise with tomato sauce. “And take fast food only in trusted places,” Solomatina summed up.
Earlier, the Rospotrebnadzor warned that the main danger of fast food to health lies in the content of trans fats, the use of which can harm the heart and cause inflammatory processes in the body. So, trans fats can increase the level of “bad” cholesterol and damage the inner lining of blood vessels. The inflammatory process that can be triggered by eating foods high in trans fats increases the risk of heart disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and arthritis.
