Natural fires swept the western United States: video

The western US states have been covered by forest fires for about three weeks now – on June 29, residents were evacuated to the states of Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Nevada.

Severe weather conditions have worsened the fire situation in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Utah.

On June 29, Utah declared a “red” alert level – in Utah County, gusts of wind at speeds of up to 80 km / h led to the spread of fire to the city of Saratoga Springs. The fire threatened 3100 houses, 13 thousand people were evacuated. As a result, one house still burned down, twelve were damaged. Due to the strong wind, it was not possible to use the aircraft, but firefighters coped with the fire, localizing 25% of the area – residents were allowed to return to their homes.

A fire broke out near the city of Lihai, as a result 100 people were evacuated. However, the human factor became the cause of the fire – the launch of fireworks.
