Last fall, it became known that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had signed a big contract with Netflix. At the time, details of their future projects were not disclosed, but it had already been announced that their production company Archewell would produce documentaries and feature films, series, and “inspiring family programs” for the streaming platform. Now it has become known what will be the first joint project of the Dukes of Sussex and Netflix. They are preparing a documentary series Heart of Invictus dedicated to the stories of former military men who became Paralympic athletes.
The new multi-part film will cover the process of preparing athletes for the Undefeated Games competition, founded by Prince Harry himself. The first tournament was held in London in 2014, and a fifth is planned for the Netherlands next year. The series will be directed by Orlando von Einsiedel and produced by Joanna Natasegara. No release date has yet been announced.
