New headphones Beats (owned by Apple) have received active noise cancellation and moisture protection. This is reported in a press release.
Beats Studio Buds have a form factor of in-ear headphones, silicone earpieces, 8.2-millimeter drivers with a double diaphragm. The Beats Studio Buds’ dual-chamber speaker system provides superior stereo channel separation and low non-linear distortion. The device features active noise cancellation, which blocks out external sounds, and a transparency mode – you can switch between the two by pressing a button on each earpiece.
The headset has an ergonomic acoustic overlay and ventilation micro holes that reduce pressure on the eardrum. The battery life of the presented Beats headphones is eight hours, when using a case, it increases to 24 hours. When the noise cancelling mode is active, the autonomy is limited to five hours. The gadget is characterized by the presence of moisture protection standard IPX4.
Each Beats headphone can be connected to the smartphone separately. You can use the function button to answer and end calls, as well as start and pause playback. According to the company, the Beats Studio Buds are the brand’s first headphones to support the Locator app on iOS devices to find lost devices.
“When creating such a miniaturized product, you have to think about every detail. We analyzed every possible option and chose the best ones to achieve studio sound quality, maximum comfort and reliability,” noted Beats and Apple Music Vice President Oliver Schusser.
The cost of Beats Studio Buds is 13,990 rubles. The headset is available for purchase at the Apple online store.
