NWS says: Tornado Watch In Highlands County

Treasure Coast – Tuesday September 27 2022: The National Weather Service in Melbourne issued an Tornado Watch to Treasure Coast at 4:47 PM. Treasure Coast at 4:47 PM Tuesday afternoon.

The Tornado Watch remains in effect until 5 AM on Wednesday morning.

The Tornado Watch covers the following counties within the east central region of Florida:

Martin County … Indian River County … St. Lucie County .. and Okeechobee County.
