Popular service CBS All Access will no longer be

Americans will lose CBS All Access – the service will be renamed Paramount +. The rebranding took years of negotiations and $ 30 billion.

The change will be introduced early next year as ViacomCBS tries to bundle all of its services into one streaming service. The rebranding signals the culmination of a 2019 merger agreement between Viacom and CBS. The deal cost Viacom $ 30 billion, while the company previously acquired BET +, Showtime and Pluto TV.

ViacomCBS President and CEO Bob Bakish has confirmed the innovations and also announced at least three new original shows on Paramount +.
