Potentially inhabited "mirror double" of the Earth discovered

Exoplanet is located at a distance of three thousand light years from the Galaxy
The exoplanet’s orbit revolves around a star that resembles the sun. Researchers believe that there may be life, reports “Phys.org”.

The planet was called KOI-456.01. It is located at a distance of 3 thousand light years from the Galaxy. Since the object emits light in the optical spectrum, and not in infrared light, it was recognized as suitable for life.

According to experts, the exoplanet is quite large in size. Its volumes are slightly less than two Earths.

Earlier, a giant planet of life was discovered, which can compete with ours.
