“Rain on Me”: Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande have released a joint incendiary track

This is reported by the Billboard edition.

The composition will be included in Lady Gaga’s new album “Chromatica”, the release of which is scheduled for May 29.

“Rain On Me” is not the only collaboration in the future album. It is known that there will also be joint singles with Elton John and South Korean band Blackpink.

As Lady Gaga noted, she and Grande understand each other very well, and the process of recording a joint song was “healing”.

“This woman (Ariana Grande, ed.) has undoubtedly gone through a very difficult, very difficult life experience. And this ability to move on. When she came to the studio, I was still crying and she wasn’t. And she was talking: “It’s going to be okay. Call me, here’s my number,” said the singer.

Eventually, the song “Rain On Me” was recorded.

“Rain on Me” was a poem I wrote right in the studio… It’s an analogy of crying in the rain. And a metaphor for the habit of drinking, which I used to do to forget. I’d rather be sober than drink. But I am still alive… This song has many layers,” Lady Gaga said in an interview for Apple Music.

It’s worth noting that in addition to the song itself, there was also a bright video clip for it. In the video the singers appeared in seductive images: they in latex suits arranged incendiary dances in the rain.

Lady Gaga’s new album will include 16 songs, including the previously presented “Stupid Love”.
