Mark Millie, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. Army, has included Russia on the list of terrorist threats.
In particular, Millie listed Russia, North Korea, Iran and terrorist groups as the main threats to the United States. This was reported by the press service of the Pentagon.
“Russia, North Korea, Iran, terrorists – a lot of things are happening and will happen,” – said Milli, stressing that at the moment these are the main challenges for the U.S. in the security sphere.
The representative of the U.S. Department of Defense also noted that China remains a serious threat for the country.
In his opinion, in the coming decades, the Chinese army will try to equalize the opportunities with the American army. In particular, it concerns space, cyberspace and ground army.
