Samsung opened a Galaxy S21 pre-order

Samsung opened a pre-order for the purchase of the new flagship brand. This is reported by the publication Engadget, citing the materials of the company.

Journalists found a page on the U.S. website of Samsung, where you can stand in a virtual queue to get the new flagship. The company does not disclose the name of the device, only specifying that it will be a Galaxy smartphone. If you leave an application to buy the gadget, Samsung will offer a coupon for $50, which can be spent on accessories. Also, when making a request through the mobile app, the user gets a discount of $10. The fact of being in the queue entitles the user to priority redemption of the device.

The unknown product page states that the user can surrender their old device and receive a trade-in discount of up to $700. The date when it will be possible to buy a new smartphone is not reported. According to journalists, the mysterious device is the Samsung Galaxy S21.

The authors believe that Samsung may show the new device at the Unpacked event or at the CES conference. In any case, the Galaxy S21 flagship should be unveiled before the current Galaxy S20 series.

In November, a well-known network insider Max Weinbach revealed information about the new Samsung smartphones. According to Weinbach, the company will unveil three devices – the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra – in early 2021.
