Samsung smartphone users complained about the green glow of device screens. The messages of the owners of gadgets drew attention to the publication SamMobile.

Complaints of owners of Galaxy series smartphones have been seen on company forums and in social networks of users from the USA, Europe and India. According to the analysis of the publication, the problem was found on the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 9 devices, Galaxy S9 series devices and Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Judging by the complaints, the device screens turned green after one of the system updates.

A greenish glow appears on the display while the screen brightness is set to a minimum. Reporters stressed that the good news is that the problem is not widespread. It is expected that Samsung will fix the green tint of gadgets with updates in the near future, as it has experience in dealing with similar problems.

In late April, the Korean company recognized the existence of a green glow on the screens of some of the brand’s devices. Then, users of the Samsung Galaxy S20 series devices complained that with a minimum screen brightness, a noticeable green tint appears on the front panel. Apparent defect was corrected with the help of a technical update of the system.
