A number of media outlets have reported that the new range will be called Galaxy Tab M.

Media outlets citing sources close to Samsung have published information that the South Korean brand plans to release three low-cost tablets in addition to the Galaxy Tab A, Galaxy Tab Active and Galaxy Tab S ranges.

Journalists believe that the company decided to release tablets namely M-series because of the great popularity of budget smartphones Galaxy M, namely – Galaxy M30s and Galaxy M31.

The media is reporting about a new device codenamed SM-M625F, which is currently under development. All that is known about it is that it will come with a very high capacity battery, 256GB flash storage.

Earlier, journalists thought it might be a new flagship among the M-series smartphones, but now they are inclined to believe that the SM-M625F code hides a new tablet model.

It is noted that the coronavirus pandemic has increased the demand for tablets as many people have moved to telecommuting and studying.
