His girlfriend has now thought of a new idea after she shared an account on Instagram in which she claimed that the truth behind the incident has yet be revealed. She also expressed support for her boyfriend and expressed confidence that the Hetmyer version of the story will eventually be heard.

This isn’t the only time Hetmyer has been omitted from the team due to health issues have prevented him from playing in the team. It has become strict about his fitness despite the potential he has and the absence of Hetmyer is expected to create a major gap within the West Indies batting line-up which has been struggling in recent years.

In the meantime, Shamarh Brooks was named as the replacement for Shimron Hetmyer to the squad of the T20 World Cup 2022. Nicholas Pooran will lead the West Indies side in the coming ICC T20 World Cup 2022 and the two-time champions begin their journey on October 17 in the qualifying stages against Scotland.
