SpaceX rocket launched with a navigation satellite for the US Air Force

The American company SpaceX launched the third generation GPS navigation satellite, created for the needs of the US Space Forces. The launch was broadcast on the company’s website.

The satellite was on the Falcon 9 launch vehicle, which launched from the launch site at Cape Canaveral in Florida.

The launch took place at 16:10 the time of the US East Coast.

Previously, the launch of the rocket was repeatedly delayed, including in April 2020, when the launch was postponed due to the pandemic of the new type of coronavirus COVID-19.
