The 744-acre property includes a fully equipped equestrian and cattle ranch, along with an 8,600 sq. ft. main house
Terry Bradshaw has decided to downsize, which means that his 744-acre ranch will be up for sale.
Former Steelers quarterback and 74-year-old, Joey Steele, has listed his Quarter House Ranch for sale with Icon Global Group at $22.5 million.
It is located 70 miles from Dallas and has six bedrooms in its 8,600-square foot main house. The main house has a 1,000-square-foot patio that includes a pool, bar, fireplace, and hot sauna.
According to Bernard Uechtritz, the owner of Icon Global Group, the ranch was constructed “from raw land” and “from the group up Terry,” he said.
Uechtritz stated that Uechtritz didn’t purchase a product from the shelf, but he added his own spin or tenure of ownership. This is Terry’s real deal. It is the final artwork, and the product of one man’s vision, work and patience.
He has also made significant improvements to the quarter house and equestrian operations. These include a 12-stall stallion and show barns, as well as a 20-stall and 20-stall weanling and show barns. A 50-stall mare barn is also available, along with a state of the art breeding facility.
There are also a variety of cattle pens, a showpig barn and a number of other functional facilities. The Bradshaws have a two-story stone doghouse.
In 2014, the couple tried to sell their property for $10.8million. They cited a desire to purchase a smaller property. However, it remained on the market until 2016, when it was finally sold. Icon Global claims that the Bradshaws have been “inundated” with requests to sell the property since they moved to Texas to start a small farm.
