Tesla recalls 300,000 cars from China due to software problems

Tesla is recalling nearly 300,000 Model 3 and Model Y cars from China because of software problems to make software updates.

This was reported in the Chinese regulatory authorities.

It is noted that the problem is associated with cruise control, which the driver can activate by mistake, as a result of which the car accelerates sharply. This can lead to dozens of collisions on the road.

Tesla will recall both cars made in China itself and in other countries. This is the first time the company is recalling cars made in China.
