Texas and Florida tighten quarantine restrictions again

Due to the record increase in the number of new patients with coronavirus, Florida and Texas are again tightening their limits as hospitals are overloaded.

Coronavirus infection in the United States exceeded 2.5 million, more than 125,000 Americans died, with a record number of cases in the states of Florida and Texas. A new outbreak in the southern states occurred after businesses were allowed to reopen in recent weeks.

Florida reported more than 9,500 new infections on Saturday, nearly the same in Texas. The governors introduced new restrictions, instructing, among other things, the bars to stop serving alcohol on their premises, and reduce the capacity of restaurants by 50%, according to the Miami Herald.
