According to the journalist, Trump raped her in a fitting room of department store.
The correspondent of the Elle magazine Gene Carroll accused the U.S. President Donald Trump of rape. About it she wrote in the book from which fragment published the The New York Magazine magazine.
There it is claimed that in the mid-nineties Trump raped her in a fitting room of the New York department store Bergdorf Goodman. According to Carroll, she did not begin to report the matter to police, but told two close friends.
Also, according to the statements of the journalist, Trump asked her for suggestions when choosing a gift for a certain girl therefore Carroll accompanied it during shopping.
Meanwhile representatives of shop admitted that they have no video from surveillance cameras of that time.
At the same time, as writes The Hill with reference to the message of the White House, the U.S. President rejected Jean Carroll’s charges of rape.
Trump in turn said that he never met Carol and that she, bringing such charges, tries to increase sales of the book.
“People have to pay dearly for such false charges” — the president added and asked to notify him if it becomes clear that Carroll or New York Magazine cooperate with the Democratic Party of the USA.
Let’s remind, before Trump, in particular, during the election campaign of 2016, repeatedly accused of rapes and sexual harassments. For the president they did not lead to judicial consequences.
