The game’s version Cyberpunk 2077 for PlayStation 4 has improved performance, but reduced the number of NPC. This follows the published on YouTube footage of the new version of the title.
Gameplay recording of the updated version of Cyberpunk 2077 for PlayStation 4 appeared on the channel Deep. In the video, an unknown author showed how the game has changed since it was returned to the PlayStation Store. In the video, you can see how the player moves around Knight City in various vehicles and interacts with NPCs (Non-Player Character).
Viewers of the video, which for a few days has collected more than 150 comments, noted the improved performance of the title on the Sony console of the last generation. Also, users noticed the differences between the console version of the game and the PC release.
The first thing that caught gamers’ eye was the minimal number of NPCs on the city streets. “My God, they removed all the characters from the game,” a commenter under the nickname minipiwi was surprised. User gabo.avi joked that for the sake of the game’s performance, the developers removed almost all NPCs-it looks as if they’ve put coronavirus restrictions on Knight City. “Five million citizens lived here, and now it’s a ghost town,” FreakxxX1987 remarked.
Cyberpunk 2077 returned to the PlayStation console on June 21. Sony representatives noted that versions of the game on PS4 are still possible glitches, so to get the best experience you should run the title on a more powerful PS4 Pro and next-generation console PS5. Cyberpunk 2077 was removed from the PlayStation store due to numerous problems at the end of the year – almost immediately after the release of the title.
