During a protest in Portland, a man drove into a crowd in a car, several participants were injured.
Police say Wednesday in downtown Portland, a man swept in a car through a crowd of demonstrators, injuring at least three people. Driver Anthony Eaglehorse-Lassandro was arrested as a result of a chase – police used an air support unit to track him down in the southeastern part of the city.
Eaglehorse-Lassandro is charged on three counts with several felonies. All victims received non-life-threatening injuries.
Protesters in Portland continue to rally in the city center – near the Justice Center. One of the groups recently blocked a police station – participants used a cord from the flag to block the doors of the building.
