The heads of four German states asked the United States not to withdraw troops from Germany

The newspaper “Süddeutsche Zeitung” writes about this with reference to a message addressed to American politicians who are members of the committees on security and defense policy. The prime ministers of Bavaria, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate have written that they seek to strengthen ties of friendship and ensure a US presence in Germany and Europe in the future.
