The cost of Apple’s current flagship in Russia has dropped to a record low.
According to the project’s catalog, the iPhone 12 Pro with a 128 gigabyte storage unit can be purchased on the Russian market for 77 thousand rubles. At the start of sales the phone was priced at 100 thousand rubles, the same price remains in the Apple online store and in many stores of the company’s partners. The cheapening of the popular device by a quarter is associated with the fact that the device has ceased to be in short supply.
Introduced in October 2020, the iPhone 12 Pro features a 6.1-inch OLED display with ceramic protective glass, Apple’s top-of-the-line A14 Bionic processor, a 12-megapixel triple camera with lidar, and support for MagSafe fast wireless charging protocol.
“If the camera is not particularly important, it is better to pay attention to the usual iPhone 12 – it has the same size and a good OLED display, a dual camera and the same processor, and the price is lower,” the journalists noted. The described affordable device fell in price to 61,390 rubles.
Earlier, journalists noticed that the flagship iPhone 12 Pro Max became available in Russia for 90,990 rubles. At the start of sales the gadget was priced at 110 thousand rubles.
