The psychologist named a way to tear a person away from a smartphone

Psychologist Dmitry Sinarev named a way to get a man away from his smartphone.

The specialist noted that it is difficult, but possible, to draw a person’s attention to a live conversation. To do this, it is necessary to “break” his changed state, in which he plunges, looking at the screen. This may work if you take out your phone and offer your interlocutor to put the devices aside. The person may be surprised, embarrassed, upset or angry, but this will attract his attention.

In order to break the corrupted connection with the phone, it is enough to learn how to manage your attention, explained the psychologist. Physical activity can help, for example, you can remove the phone and make a small charge, a little run or a quick walk. However, this has a temporary effect. If a person in general prefers virtual communication to live, then this is an alarming symptom and the problem should be solved “on a serious personal level”, concluded Dmitry Sinarev.

Earlier, the therapist Alexey Vodovozov called the use of smartphones one of the most harmful habits. He explained that people do not part with devices in public transport and toilets, and then take it with them to bed or to the dining table. According to the therapist, the smartphone is dirtier than money. He advised you to wipe it with antibacterial wipes.
