Oscar nominee, star of “Academy Umbrella and “Beginning” actress Ellen Page – now a man. She made a statement that her name is now Elliot Page, and now she must be addressed by a “he”.

Page makes a caming out as a transgender man. Elliot, formerly known as Ellen, has made a statement to his followers on social networks that this is how he supports the entire LGBT community.

“Hi, friends, I want to share with you that I am a transgender man, my pronouns are “he” or “they” and my name is Ellen. I was lucky to write this. I feel great gratitude for the incredible people who supported me along the way. Now I can finally love who I am, my true self. I was endlessly inspired by many people from the trans-community. Thank you for your courage, generosity and tireless work to make this world more open and compassionate. I will offer all possible support and will continue to strive for a more loving and equal society,” he wrote.

“All transgender people face harassment, self-hating, abuse and the threat of violence on a daily basis. And I see you, I love you and I will do my best to change this world for the better,” Paige continued.

For her role in Juno, Paige was nominated for an Academy Award. Among his notable roles are Kitty Pride “X-Men” and others.
