The US State Department announced a $250,000 grant. The grant should be aimed at exposing Russian misinformation in the sphere of health protection
Both American and foreign non-profit organizations can participate. Higher education institutions and businesses may also participate.
Applications from individuals, state or local governments, and public companies will not be accepted.
The grant is provided by the Global Educational Concepts.
Applicants should describe the proposed project on methods of searching and exposing Russian misinformation in the field of health protection. Both the proposed methods and the proposed ultimate goal of the project will be evaluated. Advantage will be given to companies or organizations that already have experience in such projects and have participated in reporting or analysis of Russian or Soviet disinformation campaigns.
Applications can be submitted by June 20.
