The US Senate introduced a resolution against Russia’s participation in the G7

A resolution was introduced in the US Senate against Russia’s participation in the upcoming G7 summit. RIA Novosti reports.

The document was drawn up by a group of representatives of the Democratic Party.

The draft resolution says that US President Donald Trump is trying to restore relations with the Russian side and “reward the Kremlin” instead of “fighting Russian threats.”

In addition, the document says that the US Senate will be against Russia’s participation in the summit until the country “ceases its harmful actions against Ukraine”, as well as American allies and the United States itself.
