FunKey S can be played anywhere

A fundraising campaign for a miniature game console called FunKey S, designed for retro games, has kicked off at the Kickstarter collective funding venue.

Initially, the creators of the project set a goal to raise 33 thousand euros (33 735 dollars). This amount was received in just three hours.

At the time of writing the news, the project was supported by 745 people, and the total fees are $ 64,244. There are 26 more days left until the campaign ends. On Kickstarter, the prefix can be ordered 62 euros. The estimated delivery start date is November 2020.

Developers call FunKey S the world’s smallest folding portable console. Its dimensions are 42.5 x 44.5 x 13.8 mm. The prefix is equipped with an IPS screen with a diagonal of 1.54 inches with a resolution of 240×240 pixels, a platform with ARM Cortex-A7, 64 MB of RAM, a slot for memory cards, a battery with a capacity of 450 mAh. Micro USB port is designed for charging and downloading games.

Supported games are NES, SNES, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy advance, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis (Megadrive), Sega Game Gear, Playstation 1, Atary Lynx, WonderSwan, Neo Geo Pocket.
