Trump calls U.S. vaccine "medical miracle" and "greatest achievement

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the vaccination against the coronavirus in the country will begin in less than 24 hours. The American president confirmed that a vaccine from BioNTech and Pfizer was registered in the country today. The head of state addressed the nation, traditionally, on Twitter.

“Today our country has achieved a medical miracle. We created a safe and effective vaccine in just nine months. This is one of the greatest scientific achievements in history. We have already begun shipping the vaccine to every state and every address in the country,” the post reads.

The Pfizer vaccine was cleared for emergency use today by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The head of state assured fellow citizens that the drug is absolutely safe. Health care workers and the elderly are expected to be the first to receive the vaccine.
