Trump commented on rapper Kanye West’s presidency

US President Donald Trump commented on the decision of rapper Kanye West to run for president. According to the current American leader, the West will support him in the elections.

“He was always for us and always will be for us, his wife (Kim Kardashian) will be for us,” Trump said on Fox News on July 9.

At the same time, the American president called the rapper a good guy and emphasized once again that in the end West would certainly support him.

The head of the White House noted that the artist has already missed the deadlines for registration as a candidate in some states, and he will have to somehow solve this problem.

Kanye West has repeatedly expressed support for Trump and the Republican Party, and Kim Kardashian was received by Trump in the White House, where she asked for pardon of a number of prisoners.

On July 8, Kanye West announced that he would have nominated himself from the Republicans if Trump had not already represented the party.

Earlier, USA Today noted that the musician may not have time to collect and register the necessary signatures of voters, as in some states the registration of candidates ended on June 25.
