After the powers of former U.S. President Donald Trump ended, he flew to Florida, to his estate in Mar-a-Lago, and went to play golf.
The publication notes that the politician was once again spotted at a golf club in West Palm Beach. However, he was not seen there, but on the morning of January 21, 12 tinted cars drove up to the entrance, presumably guarding Trump. No one from his team commented on the incident. At Mar-a-Lago itself, the former president was greeted by a crowd, shouting “welcome home” to him.
According to U.S. media reports, Trump has played golf 261 times during his presidency – about every five days. The politician is expected to find solace in the game after losing the election.
Trump has repeatedly been criticized for his frequent forays into the golf club. In late December, for example, he was rebuked for playing during the Christmas holiday, even though he promised to work tirelessly “for the good of the American people.
