Trump replaced the head of the campaign headquarters 3.5 months before the election

US President Donald Trump decided to change the head of his election campaign 3.5 months before the presidential election in the country. He announced this on Twitter.

“I am pleased to announce that William Stepin has been promoted to the post of Trump campaign leader,” the president wrote.

Trump added that the current head of the election campaign, Brad Pascal, who worked with him for a long time and led the strategy in the field of digital technologies and data, will continue to fulfill the same role, but he will be a senior adviser to the campaign.

The American leader noted that both Stepin and Pascal contributed “to a historic victory in 2016”.

The US presidential election will be held on November 3. Trump’s main rival is the Democratic candidate and former vice president Joe Biden.

Also, a rapper Kanye West filed an application for registration by a US presidential candidate. According to the completed form, he will be a candidate from the Kanye 2020 committee, as a party BDY is declared there. In an interview with Forbes, he said that he would not be nominated from any existing party, but would create his own. He decided to name it The Birthday Party, which can be translated into Russian as “birthday party” and as “birthday party”.
