According to the publication, the likely date will be September 15, that is, a session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
The article also claims that US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo confirmed Trump’s desire to meet. This was allegedly reported to Pompeo by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a July 13 telephone conversation.
Official information on the preparation of the meeting was not received from either the Russian or the American side.
